UNDP to Delay Submission of Syria Programme but Continue Current Operations

The UNDP has announced that it had deferred the preparation of its 5-year Syria programme starting 2012 to take into account the “evolving needs” of the Syrian people, while a spokesperson for the organization denied that its other operations in the country had been affected.
