Syrian Government Adopts Draft Decrees Ending State of Emergency and Allowing Demonstrations

The Syrian Government has adopted three draft decrees putting an end to the State of Emergency, cancelling the dreaded State Security courts and allowing the organisation of peaceful demonstration, according to SANA, the State’s news agency.
