S&P’s Raises Credit Rating of Syrian Reinsurer to BB+

Standard & Poor’s has announced it was raising its counterparty credit and insurer financial strength ratings of Arab Union Reinsurance Company (AU Re), Syria’s only reinsurance company, to BB+ from BB.
