SETZPFANDT to Provide Study of Damascus Bypass Before end of 2009

SETZPFANDT, a German consultancy based in Saxony-Anhalt, will complete a technical study of the Damascus Great Bypass project by the end of 2009, according to Ihab Mawalidi, Head of Investments at the Ministry of Transport.
