Russia Pledges USD 1 Billion for Syria Reconstruction, Signs New MoUs

Russia has allocated over USD 1 billion to restore Syria’s power network and carry out reconstruction work in other sectors, officials said at a conference in Damascus, the largest financial assistance that Moscow has proposed since the start of the crisis.
