Sun Microsystems faces fine over Syria deal

Sun Microsystems Inc. is facing a fine from the U.S. Department of Commerce for breaking record-keeping requirements on exports to Syria, according to the quarterly report filed by the company with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
