Homs City Council Approves Baba Amro Master Plan

Updated on December 18, 2019: The master plan is for three neighbourhoods of Homs, not only Baba Amro. The text has been corrected accordingly.
The municipality of Homs has approved the master plan for the reconstruction of three neighbourhoods of Homs, including Baba Amro, a symbolic centre of Syria’s uprising until it was crushed by regime forces in 2012.
