Manfoush Opens Businesses in Turkey, EU

MuhiEddine Al-Manfoush—a profiteer from the Syrian conflict tightly connected to regime figures but not on western sanctions lists—has opened several businesses outside Syria, including in Turkey and in the European Union, according to opposition media.
