Decision No. 111 by the Ministry of Economy and Industry on the Establishment of Touristic Bakeries
Touristic bakeries are hereby permitted to be established, the purpose of which shall be to build an integrated specialised food bakery for the production and sale of various types of bread, and which shall be permitted to produce and sell buns, cakes, pastries, and confectionery of all varieties.
