Covid-19 Update: Leading Suweida Family Kicks Out Government Delegation Over Pandemic

The number of positive Covid-19 cases continued to rise this week, reaching 30,920 cases across the country, up from 28,484 last week. A leading family in Suweida in southern Syria meanwhile refused to welcome a government delegation over the failure to control the pandemic and closed schools in a local village without a government order.
