Bemo Finance to manage new IPOs and Rights Issue of BBSF

Bemo Saudi Fransi Finance (BSFF) is to conduct the Initial Public Offer for Al-Sharq Bank and Aman Takaful Insurance as well as a rights issue for Banque Bemo Saudi Fransi (BBSF), according to Omar Ghraoui, Chief Operating Officer.
