Bel cheese manufacturers open Euro 13 million factory in Syria

The first direct foreign investment by a French food company in Syria was finalised on September 13 with the opening of the Euro 13 million factory of the Bel Company, manufacturers of the famous ‘La Vache qui Rit’ processed cheese.
