Aid Group Pays USD 6.9 Million to Settle Charges of Fraud Over Syria Response

The International Rescue Committee, a humanitarian agency, has agreed to pay USD 6.9 million to settle allegations it engaged in procurement fraud on aid programs for Syria that were funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
